Method of Payment

The choice of international payment methods directly affects the rights of both exporters and importers. When executing import and export transactions, both the buyer and seller must agree on and select the most appropriate international payment method. Therefore, we accept the following three payment terms:

Payment Term

  • 01: A 50% deposit of your order is required to start the production of your order. The balance will be paid when the products are finished packaging and before Shipping. We will send you information (photos, videos, quality, quantity) about the finished goods as well as necessary documents for you to check before paying the rest.
  • 02: For the sample order, we request 100% remittance in advance by PayPal or  Western Union.

Method of Payment

You can pay via bank transfer or payment via PayPal, or Western Union, … After successful payment, the product you ordered will be produced and shipped to your correct address.

Please note that:

  • Delivery time: About 10 – 30 workdays, after receiving the balance.
  • Document:
    – Invoice
    – Packing list
    – Bill of lading
    – C/O ( certification of origin)
    – Fumigation certificate and Phytosanitary certificate

Order Confirmation

All orders are accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We are legally obliged to send you this confirmation and you may wish to print or save it for your future reference.

The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. Delivery of Goods will be dependent on the date that the Order was placed.

Price and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Dollar (USD) not excluding delivery and other related or incurred costs. We try to ensure to give you the best and most competitive prices for all the products.  Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have a target price for the products. The price of an item is the price at the headquarters on the day it is posted on the website. Note: Prices on the website vary depending on the season, prices are for reference only, prices may vary depending on the size and quantity of products you order.
  • We reserve the right to change any price after you place an order but should we do so, we will inform you before we process your order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. However the correct price will always appear on your order confirmation.
  • When your orders are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this.
  • All payments must be in USD. We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT/Swift), Confirmed Letter of Credit, Moneygram, Western Union. We will charge you as soon as your order has been placed.
